What rental periods do you offer?

The rental periods can be divided into 3 categories.

From one month or years. You can rent a studio for as little or long as you need.
Serviced Apartments (per day) - A selection of studio flats in Bloomsbury and Euston are available for daily and weekly stays. You can book them on our serviced accommodation website.

Do you require references?

Yes, we do. You will need to provide evidence of your income, savings, grant or scholarship so that we can assess your ability to pay the rent for the duration of your tenancy.
