We offer three buildings in Pimlico with studio flats: Gloucester Street (Air Conditioned), Claverton Street and Belgrave Road SW1V.
The vast majority of the studios are self-contained and there are a couple of studios that share a bathroom with another flat. All our studios come fully furnished with free Wifi and free laundry facilities. Bills are also included in the rental price.

Pimlico is close to Westminster, Chelsea and Victoria and is right on the Thames, making it difficult to beat for location, especially when you take the stunning architecture and Georgian buildings into consideration.
Over the last ten years, the area has gone through some big changes and is now a thriving hub of independent cafes, restaurants and shops. Being close to Westminster means it’s a short walk to the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye and plenty of other London attractions.
Plus, Pimlico has plenty of green spaces to explore; Battersea Park, St James’ Park, Green Park and even Buckingham Palace Gardens are all nearby.
Pimlico is ideal for getting around the capital. The three closest stations have links to get you all around the city and the country. But if you’re looking for a more leisurely trip, Westminster Millenium Pier is nearby with public boats that can take you to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court Palace and the Thames Barrier.
There are communal laundry facilities in all our buildings with washing machines and tumble driers. These facilities are free for you to use.
The rent for our long let studios includes the following utilities: Electricity, water and heating.
Council tax is not included and you will need to arrange payment for this.
Short-let rentals include all bills and utilities.
We provide WiFi free of charge in all the flats.
All the flats are fully furnished so you can move in with minimal hassle. Furnishing varies from flat to flat but you can expect to find a bed (including bedding and bed linen) and /or sofa/ sofa bed, chairs and a table.
The kitchens are fully equipped with basic utensils, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery.
